Innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.

Not guilty in a court of law doesn't make one innocent of wrongdoing...it just makes one not guilty in a court of law. JMO

He has not been proven guilty. So he is innocent, legally. The rest is bullshit. I am sure he would agree.

That's a great attitude, Pax!
And I think the Ramsey case is a good example. The Ramseys were not charged or conviced of any crime but they still had to go through hell as they were only convicted in the media. I found it great that the new procecutor made a public statement and apologised to them.

Sure they did. That idiot detective even wrote a book declaring their guilt for which he got royally sued. NE even accused the son. Patsy was accused of murdering J-B for wetting the bed. John was accused of sexually molesting her. Because they lawyered up immediatly PROVED their guilt.  The hell they put them thru killed Patsy.
