Sgt. Drew Peterson files an appeal!!
A short time ago Drew Peterson’s lawyer filed a notice of appeal — he is appealing the decision to reopen the estate of his wife #3: Kathleen Savio.

NOTICE OF APPEAL
Please take notice that James Carroll, as the removed executor of the estate of Kathleen Savio, deceased, and Drew Peterson, the father and next friend of two (2) minor beneficiaries of the reopened estate of Kathleen Savio, deceased, appeals to the Appellate Court of Illinois, Third Judicial District, pursuant to Supreme Court Rules 304(b), from the Order of the Honorable Carmen Goodman of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, Will County, Illinois entered on April 17, 2008, reopening the Estate of Kathleen Savio, removing James Carroll and Executor and appointing Henry J. Savio and Anna M. Doman as Co-Executors.
Defendant prays that the Appellate Court reverse the Circuit Court’s ruling and remand the matter with directions to enter an order denying motion to reopen the estate and/or reinstating James Carroll as Executor, or for such other relief and the Court deems fit and proper under the law.
