4/20 H & C most of transcrip
Well, I waited for H & C until 11:30 PM PDT to hear the fuss. I don't know whether Heli will wait up that long.
Here is a kind of summation:
Kimberly in Aruba, in the wind, with no real equipment to back her up. She spoke to Juron's mother, who said that GVC does not know Juron or K2, and vice versa. As far as the teeshirt is concerned, this still hasn't come back from DNA testing (that's amazing). She adds that Joe T has said that there will be 2 more arrests, and these will not be JK2.
Kimberly will have an interview with Juron's mother lasting 40 minutes over the weekend on Fox. (Hopefully, it's indoors and with much better equipment.)
Kimberly: the father controlled camera and surveillance around the hotels. Julia contradicts Kimberly: GVC's father was not in charge of any film or cameras relating to Holiday Inn. The accusation that he was responsible for any cutting or clipping of film is just not true.
Alan asks about the blue eyed Dutch boy: Beth, he said, denied that Natalee ever knew such a kid, that this was misrepresented in the media, but you have other information about this boy.
"Julia says 'Beth Twitty continues to say that there is no-way, it is impossible that Natalee have any connection or anything with any other boy or persons in Aruba, but she wasn't in Aruba so it is kind of a little bit ridiculous for her to say that..But at the same time, she herself told me that Natalee had met a young boy who had been hanging out with the group during the entire stay, the four or five days, and that is who they were looking for. And once Juron had admitted to being with her, or yes' Natalee had spent time with this blue eyed Dutch boy for several days while she was in Aruba.
Beth, she said, has continued to deny that Natalee hung out with such a person. And once Juron had addmitted to being with Natalee, that's who everyone assumed Natalee was hanging with. As it turns out, if we had realized that maybe there had been another young man, another young Dutch man, a little less emphasis could have been placed on Juron, and a little more emphasis on looking for who was this other man.
Alan Combes: Is it possible that was confusion about who was who here? Whether it was Juron here but this new suspect in this case.
Julia: "Right, well, we do know a lot of the students were saying right in the very beginning, oh yes, this Dutch boy was hanging out with us the whole time, we weren't worried she left with him. That's why one of the students from AL said we weren't worried when she left with him cause he had been hanging around with us, we was a good guy. But as it turns out, YVDS never met any of the students from MB up until this last evening, and on top of that he never even met Natalee until the Casino, or after the Casino in C&C.
Kimberly was asked whether in her interview with Juron's mother Juron knew this suspect. Juron's mother said, no, Juron did not know this guy or the family, and even though they live near each other, the families don't know each other. There is one connection, Steve Croes seems to know the new suspect and the K brothers, so that is the common thread.
Thank goodness for subtitles, else Kimberly was impossible to understand.
Kimberly has a long interview with Juron's mom, which will be presented over the weekend.
