THE tragic tale of Nata lee Holloway is about to be given the Lifetime movie treatment.
"The Natalee Holloway Story" will be based on the true disappearance of the teenage girl who vanished during a senior class trip to Aruba in 2005.
The film is slated to air sometime next year and will tell the story of Holloway's mother, Beth Twitty, and her relentless efforts to discover the truth behind her daughter's disappearance.
It is based on the book, "Loving Natalee: A Mother's Testament of Hope and Faith."
The Alabama teen's disappearance has been the subject of countless headlines and rich fodder for cable news and network newsmagazines.
Earlier this year, a "20/20" segment that featured revealing, secretly videotaped conversations with Joran Van Der Sloot, a suspect in the case, drew more than 12 million viewers.

The good mother just got a little richer off her missing daughter. Beth is laughing it up all the way to the bank. I can't believe that woman is still getting rich off her wayward daughter 3 years later. Cha-ching!!
Beth Twitty continues to be a pathetic excuse for a mother.

So Natalee's disappearance isn't "irretrievably dead in the water" as some had hoped.
There is also the movie being filmed that is a work of fiction "loosely based' on Natalee's disappearance so we have two in the works.

more trash for cash
natalee did have an "insurance policy" after all, and her mother didn't need a death certificate to collect on her.

No. But Natalee was irretrievably dead in the water, IMO, by her own act.

Yes by chosing to be with Joran. After all Natalee did not place herself in the water or else something of her would have been found some where on the Aruban beaches. Like her sandels! ALl of the other bodies have come back but the kid on the boat. Natalees body should have come back unless some one placed her on a boat and got rid of her!

Every single body? I don't think so. I think they did some doubtful tests. Please feel free to test your theory on yourself.

Really Mallory? Who exactly had 'hoped' that her disappearance was irretrievably dead in the water? Please name them.
'We' have two in the works? Who's 'we'?

IIRC ------
iquitos made the dead in the water post.

i don't think they will get the award
given the sleazy methods. in any case, i don't think it will impact the actual case, irretrievably dead in the water. |
The two movies are the Lifetime movie based on "Loving Natalee"and the Dutch movie based on the book “Vuurkoraal” (loosely based on the Holloway case)

I don't see where he said he's 'hoping' it would be dead in the water but thanks just the same.
And it looks like what he said was it wouldn't impact the actual case, but thanks just the same.

I recalled what was written, figured that was what Mallory was referencing and posted it. You can parse it with Mallory. That's always a blast.

Yes Mallory's constant twisting and parsing is always a real hoot. Always makes me ROFLMAO. I'm sure it does others too...or maybe not..
Oh well...pardon my brief interruption.... back to business as usual....carry on..

So an American and Dutch movie on Natalee Holloway who was just left on an Aruban beach. Yet we can not see RG show that she made. Guess
no one believes what RG has to say or the people that told RG what to say. Were not one of those people Anita? How come people are not interested in what Anita has to say?

Maybe someone should do a movie or documentary based on the investigation itself and their own findings and not based on a books by either Joran or Beth. Using either of those two sources will just bring about more bias. Regardless, it won't effect the outcome of this soon-to-be-over case. All sentences have already been handed down and the cash cow status is about to be revoked.
