So do I but most of the time those articles are summaries of what is printed somewhere else. And I don't want to do the translations.

Not for Phil. Those are news media. People are gonna say “well I think he’s dirty, I
think this”. Just like me. Until I hear differently, I think you guys all had a party and
she overdosed and fell down and hit her head and died or overdosed. Had a drug
overdose and died. That’s my own personal opinion. From what I’ve heard from
the news people. Phil will talk to you like you and I are talking, mano a mano.
That’s how we’ll be. I’ve got a film, they’re sending a camera and a film crew tonight,
they’ll be here in the morning. I hear she’s a cute little girl too. But she’s, she’s
going to be doing on the video on everything. They would like to have a video with
you, as well. It won’t air until... probably like the 12th of next month. That’s the first
time, because they have to make the movie, cut it chop it, put it in on story. Phil will
be talking to you, then he’ll fly you to California for an interview there. I mean an interview
with the man right in front. And then they, then they’ll put, usually the shows are about
two weeks after we finish doing them. And uh, he’ll interview your attorney. Uh, your
attorney will get all kinds of notoriety. I mean…
Jamie Skeeters:
But if he says ok, let's do it right away in case they do pick you up 'cause
I can't wait til they you get out. And they want to do this show by probably
the uh... they want to do it by 12th, at least of September; takes so long to
piece things together. So if I, if we can do the polygraph right away. And
you tell Phil, if you want to do an interview with him, you tell him what they
did to you and your brother. You let it be known. And when they... what else
can they do to you? They won't let it happen again, and they know you're
gonna, we're going to ask you. And if they're doing that kind of

Deepak's hard drive should clearly show whether or not he sent the emails. Who composed the letter is a different matter entirely. Sounds Slootish.

IIRC, they recovered the Kalpoe computers too right? If not there, one could argue he wrote the email(s) from another computer, but I don't believe any of the van der Sloots composed the email. I also doubt Deepak wrote it.

I use the ABC Check on my computer if I am writing in English .. couldn't he have done the same?

Back to Karl Penhaul, Karl, you mention the Internet cafe. Do we have any idea whether Natalee Holloway logged on to her e-mail while she was down there? You know, there is the Internet cafes, cruise ships have Internet for Americans that want to use it. Any idea about that?
PENHAUL: We don`t have any exact feed on that, Nancy. What I can tell you about the Internet is that, during the search of the Kalpoe brothers` houses around ten days ago, the CPU, the hard drive of a computer, was seized from that house and taken away.
A law enforcement source close to this investigation has said that that computer is still being searched. Internet information is being analyzed. But that source didn`t tell us whether that has produced any leads.
What we also know is that Joran Van Der Sloot, on a number of occasions, went to the Cyberzone Internet Cafe to meet his friend, Deepak Kalpoe, who is an employee at the Cyberzone Cafe. And what we also understand, from the owner of the Cyberzone Caf', is that none of the hard drives or none of the computers from the Cyberzone Cafe where Deepak worked have been impounded or seized |

Yeah, one would think! However, there are times I don't use it... and I know many who don't. But IMO the Deepak emails don't do anything for this case on either side unless someone else wrote them, which I think is a huge possiblity. Then, we need to find out WHO and WHY. There are so many little things could potentially be big if the truth behind the lies and secrets could be uncovered. Instead, even with loads of details and info, it's like we only scratch the surface of everything. There's never a clear answer. There's always a loophole, inconsistency, different versions, and/or objectionable claims. All we really know is Natalee is gone, as far as facts minus assumptions go, and the rest is waiting to be told.

If the emails are not incriminating and ALE finds it not necessary to find out who sent the emails, I think Deepak can produce this information himself. |
If the emails are not incriminating, why whould Deepak care to respond in any way whatsoever?

I hold the person who originally posted the Deepak emails responsible for authoring them.

I don't know. No records/analysis that I have seen has been referenced anywhere....... whether they exist and weren't leaked - I dunno.
That report was around June 17. ......I don't know if those computers were "tapped" during that "surveillance period" either.
Another mystery.

Then Deepak must have been reading and copying from the Joran diary excerpts, because the mispellings and structure on the Deepak e-mails are the same as from the Joran diaries that he wrote whilst in jail.

It is confusing isn't it
Normally an email is a communication between two people. One writes the email and sends it to the other party.
But I guess if you are a mega-loser with no friends you might write yourself an email and send it to yourself to make like you have friends and receive emails like normal people with friends do.
In that case since you are in jail you won't be able to post the email you didn't send someone else earlier on the internet because you had sent it to yourself and it is in your inbox, but you are in jail. |
is that how it works

Everyone already knows it wasn't Deepak who posted it on the board. Everyone already knows who it was that posted it and where they supposedly got it from and how it wound up on the boards.
Old news...very old news.
