There's another whole thread on the "love bowls" but since this is part of this thread too........
my take on the love bowls is WTF was the governor's wife thinking
in offering only to the H/T families!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
it seems like she tilted the reception - for the H/T and the other families were there to support them as "new members of the club" ?????
maybe the others were there had recovered the bodies, or knew what happened to their children??????
whoa - anyway - tacky idea in the first place and double tacky to give two bowls OMG

As i said i have another issue with the governors wife as well  No the families there were only ones who did not know what happened. I didt post the press release for it, but it was not in anyway billed as a twit love in. It was a vigil for all missing children . It was covered pretty extensively at the time. Not one had anymore answers than natalees parents, and from what i was told privately it was heartbreaking to hear their stories and then see beth walk out with the love bowls given the massive amount of donations, comped items etc given to her when theyse families couldnt get one dime of help.

Sounds like having your own personal PR person who has been heavily involved in the political arena helps at times like this.

It seemed to me Renee cut Beth off, because she just wasnt interested in what she had to say.
The interview was very brief. I have not seen Renee before today. Perhaps that's her regular pattern for an interview. |

I haven't seen Renee before either, maybe I'll watch some of the show tomorrow AM to see if that's her style, or if she truly did blow Beth off.
