This is from Dave's team member in charge of attendance..... Her nic is Bamalady..
The meeting is still on - BUT they have to go thru me to get in the room.
There just is not enough space for a totally public event - nowhere - plus security issues.
Nothing has changed since you left on the daytime meeting. I will call those who will be invited (by invitation only) into the daytime meeting. There are still some that I have not called because I was waiting to hear back from the families involved and their professionals they work with.
I HAVE to get a nose/seat count BEFORE I call anyone else. The seating is that close to the limit. I almost have that - just waiting on less than a handful now.
On the night open meeting - although it is open - it is now by reservation only.
I am not saying who can or can not go (within reason) but I have to have the names of anyone planning on walking in the door (every person which includes spouse, etc) - and each person must be on my reservation list to be allowed inside. This is both for the local fire laws, for seating accommodations, and for security. Everyone must have a seat space to go into the room - so everyone must be on the list to get a seat. There is no standing room only allowed by management.
Security is now already arranged and has been tripled so far - with offficers and plain clothes officers present all day and night.
This is going to be an AWESOME event - the guest list will not be given out per security concerns - but there will be several people you have seen on tv related to this case there in person, and more, as of right now's list. Am waiting to hear back from even more.
The whole thing is STRATEGY and IDEAS.
What next.
Where to go next in this case, what can we do, etc. and how to find Natalee and the answers to what happened in Aruba.
The night time meeting will NOT be a "meet and greet".
People will be seated and the pros/families will be present.
In an orderly way people will raise their hands and ask their questions and state their ideas.
There will be NO bashing and/or anything similar (including as questions) allowed - anyone who tries will be immediately escourted off the premises by security.
This will be a meeting where the family can express their thanks in person to everyone who has helped them since Natalee disappeared - to those who attend - and to hear from those that were not in the daytime meeting to quickly tell the family and pros about their ideas and strategies - which will be recorded for them to consider. There may even be some orderly discussion of some of these ideas, etc.
(Key word = orderly. No yelling, tantrums, this person not liking that person's ideas, etc. whatever. Everyone must get along and behave as adults.)
Again, for seating accommodations, you must be on the night time reservation list to be admitted into this room for the open meeting. The people in the daytime meeting will be present for the night time meeting, including the pros. Everyone must have a seat - and when the seats are all filled - that is all that can be admitted. There are still some seats available for the night time meeting but they are going fast.
If someone is hoping to get into the daytime meeting who has not been called - they need to go ahead and confirm the night time seat with me - and their reservations for hotels, etc. They will then be placed on the daytime waiting list. I can not guarantee them the daytime meeting - but that is their best way to maybe get in - and it will give them a seat for the night time strategy meeting.
Anyone who wishes to attend the night time meeting please contact me.
This includes people you know of and reccommend that may not be in Susie's group - but have done excellence in working for Natalee and her family.
BFN, SM, and other individuals not in a group are also invited.
They just need to contact me and get on the reservation list.

Just looking around and saw this.....it was a tight event but only because there was a big game in town and all rooms were booked solid ...there were no security issues
