I agree, I think CRL is doing a good job. I also think that big issues such as getting rid of HE should be addressed in PMs to Joy and VC.
They are the only ones who could make that kind of decision and to me it is getting tiresome to see the whining of a few who want everything their way.

I'm catching up as usual, impossible to read all the threads. I sure don't understand why HE will be fatal to Refs as some are saying, there is so much nasty stuff
