Rita Cosby:
A huge exclusive in the Natalee case...a man who says he sold her drugs the night she died.
Dompig is now reportedly off the Natalee case altogether.
Joining us by phone with the big news is Jossy Mansur. Jossy what are you hearing as to why he was taken off the case?
We've got a problem with the line to Jossy.
Jossy is reporting that Gerold Dompig has been removed from the case, we have separate information on that as well. First, let's go to an exlusive you'll only see here, a self admitted drug dealer, a relative of Gerold Dompig makes some stunning claims. He told our producer that he saw Natalee the night she disappeared and that he also sold her drugs.
Booty:
"I know about the hotel room, the hotel room yeah, The departure from where she left to the hotel room. But, she was on the way to here and she reached. Everybody wants to know where she's buried...."
Rita:
That was with our producer. Let me go first to Jossy, really quickly
Jossy:
Dompig has been replaced officially, a new man has taken over Dolf Richardson, he has a good reputation, very energetic, we hope the case will move forward at a pace we haven't seen before in this case.
Rita:
What again is the reason he's been fired from the case?
Jossy
He's given too many declarations that are contradictory. They've had problems with him in this investigation. He said this girl is this and this and that...these suspects never admitted to anything on the other hand he said they had sexual activity with the girl.
The contradictions have given him and the case a bad name..the people in Holland have criticized him as unprofessional.
Rita:
Please keep us posted Jossy. Let me now bring in Joe Tacopina and also Les Levine who is working with him. Let me play again a well known, self admitted drug dealer on the island and someone who is a brother in law of Gerold Dompig who told our producer the following:
Did you meet Natalee?
Yes I know about the hotel room. The hotel room, the departure from where she was left to the hotel room. But, she was on the way to here and she reached. I was down there, everybody want to know where she's buried."
Joe, the suggestion is that she went back to the hotel, Joe?
Joe:
When you couple the key log information with what this guy says, this known drug dealer Booty who happens to be the brother in law of Dompig, I don't think it's coincidental that yesterday there was a report about the card key being swiped at the 3 o'clock hour and then we have today news that this individual Booty BOL of Dompig is on tape saying he knows where she went when she left the room. WHy hasn't he been looked into, if you want to know about the conflict, his sister is married to Dompig. This seems to be the thing to do in this case, this is hard core evidence The Dutch police talked about the key that was issued to Natalee, whether she swiped it or not it was swiped at 03:22 and 03:36, this guy says he knows about her going from the beach to the room.
Dompig was fired or resigned...it's in such a disarray, it's in a total disarray. I hear that Aruban authorities made a statement that Joran is no longer the prime suspect. They switch with the wind...this case is overwhelming for rumours..hopefully this investigator will come in and look at reports, statements and hopefully they'll investigate the people that should be investigated regardless of their connections.

This is a couple of things this admitted drug dealer said, this BOL of Dompig, he was investigated by authorities, he told our producer that Natalee approached him on the first night about buying drugs and alcohol, he sold Natalee and the other girls drugs..Natalee was on drugs the night she disappeared and he was worried about her behaviour

It seems to me that he should be the prime suspect going into this thing, the police used tunnel vision in order to focus on Joran and disregarded all other elements. Booty says that he has info about Natalee that he's willing to sell, if this doesn't implicate him in this nothing does
Rita:
You have to question his credibilty though, don't you?
Joe:
I think hard core investigation would determine it, by looking at corroboration, he said she went back to the hotel after being left at the beach, then you look at the hotel about keys, we don't know about who used that key at 03:22 and 03:36 About his credibilty he did not know he was being recorded, there's something in the law that overcomes hearsay, statement made against penal interest,...

For the record, he said he didn't want to be seen on camera, he put on that restriction, but he was willing to talk to our producer

It's a lot of smoke and mirors, the documents that they're referring to the card key, Beth got those right away and gave them to me and I gave them to the police. Joe said the key code was used at XXXX am to go to the airpoirt. We feel the #1 card key, which Natalee used was used at 8:30 p.m. the prior night. It was not used again... the guy named Booty there was probably higher than a kite, literally there were 10,000 blond girls at the time, I had trouble identifying who was who..we investigated him many times in the summer....I don't buy it..he was higher than a kite every time we interviewed him ..he's a bought witness, just more propaganda

What do you make of him being the BOL of Gerold Dompig and now hearing he claims to have sold drugs to Natalee and her roommates?
Dave;
I provided the prosecutor with 2 otherwitnesses recently that have a lot clearer picture than Booty does, I''ll wait to see if they take action on what I've given them.

Thank you Heli...that must have been difficult to type up. I think she does know more than she's told, but I don't think I've ever seen her say that she saw Natalee back in the room.
Joe T is doing a great job and providing much needed balance to the slanted shit storm that has been raining down on cable, but he didn't mention the 1:26 use of the key card either -- which is a real fly in the ointment with this card thing. He's doing his job and an excellent job at that, but he's still a lawyer doing his best at presenting facts in a way that best serve his client. It's too bad all sides did not have that quality of representation.

Has anyone sent Batty the photographic evidence that Natalee's friends (and probably Natalee) were habitual drinkers of large quantities of alcohol as evidenced by said photographs?
I wonder how she would explain away the gallons of booze these kids generally had and the fact that in many of the photos, the underage drinking was going on in a parents' home?
Wonder what she'd say about the hand signs (obviously gang signs  ). She's no doubt seen the pics but it would be absolutely terrific to call her on them, ask for her explanation.

Since Dave and Beth
Are the chief investigators on this case...
Beth got the room key evidence and handed it over........
Dave interviewed Booty...several times...
By their claims (whether they did or not) Are they really destroying any any potential evidence in this case that points away from J2K on purpose...........
Think about it, a really credible witness in the OJ case was not allowed to testify because she sold her story to the NE prior to trial...i.e. something about being in her car and passing/seeing the Bronco traveling in some direction on the night in question, as I recall. Her testimony was considered too tainted.
It seems to me Beth/Dave are now working to "taint" .
