I think it is more an effort by the Twitty/Holloway gangs and their minions to claim it was because of these documents (that they thought for sure had to be real ) that caused them to wrongly accuse J2K. There is always an underlying motive in what these people do.

I think you are right. On both counts. An additional motive is to show that their little lawsuit in NY was "true" as they came from these "real" documents. Everything released to date has a snippet which has been plugged into the now deceased law suit including:
- sexual assault a/k/a "finger ring"
- drugged and in and out of... a/k/a "dozing"
- sexual predator /a/k/a "wild sex on piers with hot chicks while buddy peers"
- drinking problems a/k/a "can't recall the girls last name house no or tel no"
- father approves and promotes all this a/k/a "dad can I go out tonight"
The whole a/k/a the simple mind of simple people from Mississipi and Arkansas.

The New York suit was not dismissed on the merits.
It was dismissed for forum non conveniens, so posting all
this stuff to show that the suit had merit would be rather
ridiculous considering the reason for the Judge's ruling.

Yes. I dont believe it has anything to do with the NY ruling other than someone made a decision to not post them until there was a ruling.

Why doesn't Debbie ask Beth to post her telephone records for the time Natalee was in Aruba. Better yet, why not post Natalee's. She was on a cell phone at the casino. They saw it.

You would again be wrong. Tsk, tsk, tsk - coming from an "alleged" officer of the court!

I'm just playing. I dont know who it is or isnt--that was just a play on words from something funny a poster used to say.

Get real. Beth is ticked because she lost the NY case. She is determined to win, no matter how she goes about it. Turning this case into a freakshow is very telling of her character.
