is there anything you were afraid to post but willing to now

ok--here is your chance to post your thoughts you may have been afraid to early on in case before the judge ruled -now is your chance to say it --please tell us your thoughts on how you think this will all end-the entire case! or bits of it!

i think beth will be in for interview with fbi for explaining her fund raising and why she needed to exagerate so many things --i am being nice by saying exagerate instead of lies -lol.i think she is not responsible for nats missing unless she ran away -no foul play with family -but she will perhaps be in lots of shi---for her money doings and legal messes that may be looked into many issues. they will have hours to talk about all the strange things she said and her little storys! i would like to be a fly on the wall Shocked and jug would need to talk too i hope

Gerold Dompig: Dangerous Black Man in Aruba
He scares the Dutch in Aruba. He's black and he knows what happened to Natalee Holloway.

With 60 minutes of prime U.S. television air time, the one moment that I remember from that publicity Aruba couldn't ever afford, was the nice moment where Dompig showed us the radar tracking system of the island. It's comforting they can see battle cruisers moving in and out of Aruba. Was the system still under warranty Gerald?

Essential information for tourists when choosing a place for vacation.

Yet following telling Equusearch that he has a specific location out at sea that needs to be checked, but never was and still hasn't been, he, like this case, has too much information to process and create a cohesive story. Sounds like Paulus is not only a failed judge but a poor script writer.

How do the 2 moments coincide?

He also revealed the movement of Natalee, multiple times and guessed that she overdosed. He seemed like an anchorman wired to the production room feeding him information.

Van der sloot, van der straaten, Gottenbos, Janssen, Van Cromvoirt all whispering in his ear, making promises.

Now he's interested in the security business. Have you seen the house of the man who had a contract with the Aruban Police Force? The same one who just picked up and left?

Mr. Van Cromvoirt.

Now the snakes are eating themselves. Wanting to take a piece of the shrinking pie before it's all gone. Dompig will get something, he knows too much. He'll get enough to sustain himself, keep his life and most of all, stay quiet. Like a dying business, some jump early and some stay to the very end, what's the difference?

He knows what happened to Natalee. It's his currency now. I only hope he is more greedy, more interested in his compensation, which should be alot more than Paul Van der sloot's 30k.

The market is here, in the U.S., bring your story, and end this thing.

You said not to be afraid.

Not something to be afraid of, I liked this comment so I saved it (it's old but a good read).

Aruba Redux
By Tim Stelloh on November 10, 2005 - 10:34am.

As usual, Rita Cosby, host of MSNBC’s Live & Direct, was at the head of the pack. In an “exclusive” with Alabama senator Richard Shelby, she asked such hard-hitting questions as: “What kind of steps do you think you can do as a senator, as a powerful and respected senator there on the Hill, to make a difference here?” To which the exalted senator responded: “I can speak out on the floor of the U.S. Senate. That gets the attention of a lot of people.”

I think he meant to say: “I can talk to nice people like you, Rita. That gets the attention of a lot of people.”

High power people making totally preposterous assertions—like hurting Aruba economically is the only viable option left in solving the Natalee Holloway murder—is a classic press ploy. Because no matter how absurd the claim might be, the public will still have to contend with the fallout. Nevermind that Washington said it wants nothing to do with the boycott. Or that the Prime Minister of Aruba was dumbstruck (his exact words were: “We are not guerillas. We are not terrorists. We don't pose a threat to the United States, nor to Alabama.”).

Good press or bad press, it’s still publicity. Though nice people like Rita give such claims that much more credibility.

I stand behind everything I have posted as well.

There is one thing I would like to know from other posters though. How many people here actually have kids? The reason I ask is it seems as if so many who are saying what a bad kid joran was, or things he said natalee did with him are outrageous. They really arents, and are quite common. It seems either people dont have kids, dont have teens, or have little babies or something? Just wondering is all. No one has to answer.

Have kids myself who have kids of their own and you are so right! There are some things that no parent or anyone else needs to know about their kid's or anyone else's kid's sex life, IMO of course.

Also, one can bring up a child with what one thinks/believes are the best intentions, in the best environment, with the best of examples and morals but at some point that child begins to make their own choices. At that point, all anyone can do is hope and pray that the kid "got" it!! It's like bringing a horse to water, you can't make that horse drink it if he doesn't want to..............

While on this rant, I'll say too that the statements that involve/refer to people not directly in this mess should never have been supplied by whomever is providing them to be posted. IMO, these are some sick people regardless of what has happened to them, what goes around eventually comes around one way or another.

ETA: Have been to Aruba, have never been afraid while there and plan to go back.

I have 3 teens. 17yo (18 on the 25th) boy, 15yo girl, and 13yo boy.

I have always been more protective of my daughter and she just recently told me she had had sex with her b/f of about 3 months. I immediately took her in for the depo provera shot. (She would die if she knew I was posting this Laughing ) Anyway, if something were to ever happen to her, I would want to know what happened, but would not need to know every detail, let alone having it announced on the internet! And I would never ever give permission for it to be posted for her brothers to read. This, to me, is just the most despicable thing I have ever seen. I love my daughter and would not ever want to have her memory tarnished if she were to disappear.

Is she a virgin? No. Is she a nice respectable girl? Yes. Was I disappointed that this happened after all of our talks? Yes. Do I love her less because of this? No.

Up until she met this b/f, she said she would wait until marriage. I did like him until I found out what was going on, but now I cannot even hardly look at him. Is it his fault? No, she was there and could have insisted on NO, (but secretly I do blame him).

From Joran's statements and how Beth would read it, he was taking advantage of her baby. But being realistic, this was a consentual encounter and a private one that should not be posted on the internet.

I agree. My daughter is also 17 and pregnant. She too was going to wait and even made a bet with me she w ould, then she met her bf. I had her on bc and she still got pregnant. I cant help but blame her bf too, so on that standpoint I guess it is a natural knee jerk reaction. However, I think I WOULD want to know everything that happened, but I wouldnt want it posted ALL OVER THE NET for everyelse to read. I dont get why they are so non chalant about it all.

Well, if rape and murder was the accusation, I may want to hear some of it, but I just don't think I could ever read of details of my daughter going through something like that. I just don't think I could cope with that without completely breaking down.

These statements of consensual sex have no bearing on the case, in my opinion. Do I want details of what my daughter does with her b/f? NO! She is my daughter!

I have had one-night-stands when I was younger. Shit happens when you are drinking, and I think this is what happened with Joran and Natalee. The next day, you either say "Oh, Shit!" or you say "Damn, that was good"! I believe this was a one-night-stand so we really do not need details.
