I'm surprised (and maybe delighted too)...I will have to read more! |
LOL MAybe we need a thread just for all of the contradictions and lies of Beth's exposed by these statements. One lie would be that Paul said no body no case! |
If someone had the time to do that and send it to a trusted reporter , someone who would be willing to take at look and ask:What the hell really went on here?" it would be worth it. |
I'm running out but maybe someone can start a thread dedicated to that.

The FBI was not in Aruba in the early morning hours
of May 30, 2005. This once again appears to show that some of
the Mountain Brook posse were representing themselves as FBI
in order to intimidate people.
This could explain how the security tapes and key card
records were obtained from hotel employees?? |
Intimidation, oh yes!

If I were to guess and this is only a guess I would say it was the DEA guy claiming to be FBI.

Please note a few men at the hotel who said they were from the FBI, as in multiple men, more than one.
We've also heard in Joran's interviews that when the
Birmingham posse came to the van der Sloot house
at 03:30 May 30, some of them alluded to being FBI

The shock is that it's actually BFN that is proving everything Beth claimed was a lie by posting the statements!!.

Ok so either there were FBI agents that quick
or
Someone was impersonating a sworn FBI officer? Is that even legal? I know its illegal to impersonate an officer. Id think that would apply to saying ur fbi and u arent?

Then I asked like if she was missing or that they saw her on the camera. An American man said to me: "Yes, because you two assholes went out with her yesterday and now she is missing", (loosely translated: Yes, because you two butts went out with her yesterday and now she is missing). Then Joran's father got angry and said to the man in English: *You are out of your jurisdiction" (loosely translated by reporting officer: You are outside of you jurisdiction). The police then calmed the situation down. After that the family wanted us to go with the police to show them the route we drove.
Apparently some of the posse had already claimed to be FBI to Paul before they drove to the Holiday Inn. I can't think of another reason Paul would say that they were "out of their jurisdiction." You wouldn't say that to the parents of a missing daughter, they, unlike law enforcement, do not have jurisdictional claims.

justamom, it's been said some of the henchmen
were shouting FBI when their lynch mob went to
the van der Sloot house at 03:30
Now we read in one of Deepak's statement that
"a few men" were saying they were FBI agents
at the Holiday Inn later in the night.
Might explain why the HI staff seemingly handed
over hotel security tapes and key card computer data,
if they felt intimidated by men they believed were FBI
agents.

Beth Twitty is such a delusional drunk that it long ago became impossible for her to keep her stories straight.

I don't think that PvdS knew that the family friends were impersonating the FBI. Did the family knew by then by their own investigation that PvdS worked as in the courtroom? Do we know how many DEA agents were there? Wasn't it drunken Jug that yelled that?

I've only heard of one DEA agent met by the chaperone the day Nat missed her flight. I remember reading that the "family investigators" only knew him by the name of Joran V. so I doubt the knew who his father was until they got his last name, if even then. I wonder when they found out Paul was a judge in training? I think Paul was under the impression they were American Law enforcement because of his statement about jurisdiction.

JD, there were reports of people saying they were FBI
at the van der Sloot house at 03:30. Deepak also says
in his statement that once they got to the Holiday Inn
later, a few men were saying they were FBI.
I posted this elsewhere but it sounds credible to me that
some of the Bama posse may have been saying they were
FBI at the Holiday Inn. It would explain why the hotel staff
handed over security video and card key computer info.
I never could figure out how Beth Twitty could have
convinced hotel staff to give her that, as she's said BUT
a few dudes claiming to be FBI agents could probably
intimidate HI staff to hand those things over, don't you think?

how did Joran and Deepak know to lie about the posse saying they were FBI? When did they come up with that part of their story? Both gave the same account, so if one is telling a lie, both must be, which would mean they had to plan the FBI story ahead of time.
Gotta hand it to these 2 guys, they thought of absolutley everything that could possibly be brought up. they must be pure genius' to be able to think of all the details while moving a body all around the island.

Could be. Just pointing out that maybe Deepak's words shouldnt be taken as the truth, without question. I dont know the answer.

Absolutely, Woe, and how about Paul van der Sloot
coming up with the comment to the Bama posse "you're
out of your jurisdiction here".
They simply knew how to cover every eventuality

Well, actually that sounds like something Deepak could have heard on TV. You really think Paul said "you're out of your jurisdiction"? Sounds contrived.
Also, it's possible the DEA guy said he was a federal agent and Paul, Deepak and/or Joran made some assumptions. With ALE right there with them, I don't know that I really believe that they allowed Beth's friends to storm the place claiming to be "FBI." Dont you think?

I think you're grasping at straws. I know the judge's decision was a personal blow, but buck up and start to look outside of the J2K box.

FBI/FAB7 posse
this is not the first time we have heard these alabama boys impersonated law enforcement. i think they did so at the school too. what bozos. it sure got em a long way. they fleshly intercoursed up the investigation into natalee's disappearance. i sure hope it is because she ran away and the incomptence of her pursuers enabled her to make a clean break. they know a lot more than they are telling us and they are fools to let this garbage out. it makes them look even worse.
