Junk
Have you ever bought something that seems really cool and then you find out it is complete junk?
A friend of mine used to have a Shrine of Broken Walkmen. Anyone with a broken Walkman would leave it on a small table in his apartment. There were about fifty of them in an abstract pile.
One time, not at band camp, I bought an umbrella from a guy in Chinatown during a rain storm. After I'd paid the money, I opened the umbrella, and a gust of wind destroyed it. I was standing there with the handle in my hand. The guy who sold it pretended he didn't see it. I said to him, "Hey, can I have another umbrella, this one just got destroyed." He played it off like he didn't know who I was, and said "I not sell you that!" ROFLMAO.

Pax thats funny.
I cant say I have bought anything for myself Id consider junk BUT I have bought plenty of toys that were. I get my kids toys all the time and cant say how many GI Joe type come home and within 5 min have no head, arm or something because they just fall off. It isnt worth me going back and bitching about, so I just throw it out and get a new one when Im at the store. I guess they count on us busy moms not to come wait in line with 5 kids out of control for a 5 dollar toy

Ha ha. Lots of stuff like that. It's like, if it's under twenty bucks, it might be junk.
Although, I did once have a fake Rolex that worked well for three years. That was kind of "high end" though, because I think it was like forty bucks, lol.

Yep my kid bought a digital cam for like 10 bucks, brought it home it didnt work hahaha. She says why wont it work? I said bc its shit? She was gonna take it back, I said dont bother and she got one for xmas lol.

LOL.
Sometimes I'll buy some piece of junk at Walgreens, fully knowing it is junk. A couple of months ago I bought a "five in one hand-held video game machine" for like ten bucks. It was okay for about a half hour, then started completely fucking up. So, I threw it out. Didn't even feel ripped off, as I figured I got my money's worth.

well amazingly enough I will say this. Mcdonalds toys from the happy meals are very good LOL!! We have tons of the lil electronic toys laying around here, some have gone through the washer and still work. Go figure.

i went to dockside furniture store and seen a black leather looking ottoman . it had a top that lifted up on the seat that could store things. i bought it carried it in home put some magazines in it. same day i vacumed and as i moved the ottoman the wooden foot fell off of it! i was swearing --look at this fuc--- piece of shi---! my hubby came in room and said --who are you yelling at? i said the stupid ottoman broke and i just bought it today! he LAUGHED AND SAID I TOLD YOU IT WAS A PIECE OF CRAP ! WE PUT IN IN CAR BROUGHT IT BACK TO DOCKSIDE AND THEN WE WENT IN FURNITURE STORE ACROSS STREET FROM DOCKSIDE. my original ottoman was only 150.00 we ended up with 3,000 dollars worth of new furniture at new store! 3 lazy boY ottomans, kitchen set and hutch ----i said i only wanted a fake leather ottoman -my hubby said thats why ended up here!she bought a piece of SHIT Ottoman at dockside today --- i hate when things break ---!i never planned on all this new stufff -all started buying that shitty ottoman !lol HUBBY SAID YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!
