It doesn't work in this textbox. Did you try in MS-Word? I use the ALT key at the right side + character.
Or maybe your keyboard is different?

I completed the Purpose Driven Life on CD, unabridged edition at the end of last month. I plan to trade with a friend, my cd set for her copy of the book. I listened twice, and it did take me longer than 40 days. It's a great work, and I found it helped me to provide verbal/written substance to some of my thoughts.

When I read this (among other passages) there are many things that come to my mind. When things are going good, it's easy to trust the government, the taxes, the politicians, neighbors, etc. When things get tough, is that trust still there? Is it easier to be cynical? Point the finger? Trust in the Lord? Trust the Lord in times of abundance and in times of draught? Does everyone see the same abundance and draught? JMHO
