Pic of my little mannie and his inhalation ..
he sits up like a little mannie and is SO good.. i rub his tum a bit, and ears, but he just sits there for the 3 to 4 mins til he says he has had enough

Wow, vc...my cats get upset when we put on their Advantage! That is one patient and calm kitty you have there. Hope he is still improving.

Oh mine do too re advantage. when i told the vet i changed to nebulizer from sticking the med in a humidifier, he said "but cats wont accept that normally" My response was "well neither did he til he learned it didnt hurt! you just have to teach them its ok" I started wtih the tube of O2 only under his nose which made him more comfy, then the nebuslizer mask, with it folded back, under his nose, then over his face and then added the med which has a smokey gas look. in one day he learned to accept it, and then learned he breathed easier.
Cats will take most things if you stay calm and show them its ok. Butterscotch is a biter when he doesnt like things, or used to be, so he has come a long way since he arrived 3 years ago.

Vc, butterbutt looks just as cute as a butterbutt can look ..
My cat is very calm, he sits like hat all the time .. no venilator, tho ..
Anyways, he's looking good ..

What a sweetheart.
I showed this pic to my cats in the hope that it would shame them into agreeing to just sit on my lap for a few minutes.
Didn't work, they said the pic was photoshopped.
