There's another witness behind bars who claims he observed the murder of Natalee. Joining us is Beth Twitty.
Every time you discover there is a new witness, does your heart jump a few beats?

I was thinking awhile ago, the first 6 or 9 months I didn't believe anything, the longer it goes on I'm more vulnerable to latching on to things, when I know if I really stop and keep grounded, it's not true, it's probably leading nowhere.
Nancy:
Recently Joran the chief suspect... was in New York and was served with legal papers, take a look at this ...
(plays videotape of service)
That is private investigator Bo Dietl, trying to serve legal papers on Joran ... With us Natalee's mom. It seems to me you're not putting a lot of credibility in this Carlos, what does he claim he saw?

HE was conveying to some of the persons that have interviewed him that he was an eyewitness. He was describing a man and a young lady he was with that fought, that girl could have been Natalee, he has detailed accounts...there was recovery of a cable that was from the location the witness saw this activity transpire between these two individuals We haven't heard back any results from the NFI about this cable.

To John Q Kelly, tell me about the cable that was found as a result of Carlos statement
John Kelly:
He took the police to the location, he witnessed certain events, a male took a body out to sea, and weighed it down with cable,..divers recovered steel cable matching the witness' description.
They've x-rayed the cable and sent it to the NFI....it's been 2 months and there's no results, which is par for the course.

According to Beth and Dave, they never tell them anything, why would this be any different.

I've had a line of communication with Karen Janssen, everything takes so long Remember the search of sand dunes took 6 months. now the cable examination... They move at their own pace they don't seem to realize a family is going through hell.

He said he saw the murder of Natalee and her disposal. He gave a lot of detail in his statements, whether those details can be corroborated or not is another story. The devil is in the details....some of it the investigators say is just too detailed to have been seen from his vantage
Kelly phone question:
This is a question for Beth Twitty. How does she deal with this every day, not having her daughter, how does she cope
Beth:
We really rely on the supporters, it's endless support. Days are difficult when it gets quiet for a couple of weeks, you get discouraged, will this be forgotten will Aruba not be accountable for anything that happened on their island. We rely on the suporters to keep us going

I detest Nancy Waste, but I hate when a woman lowers herself and ridicules herself for rating using lies and slander.
At least in Aruba and the Kingdom, prostitution is legal.

I think you're onto something, Maybelline....far as I can tell that IS one of the requirements....you have to start out,
