The Lineup June 24 TRANSCRIPT
THE LINEUP -- Kimberley Guilfoyle

Kimberley:
The ongoing saga of Natalee Holloway continues tonight. Joining me now is Jossy Mansur
Jossy has spoken exclusively to the alleged witness and been on top of the story since the beginning. This individual felt compelled to come forward to you with this story Jossy.
Jossy
He came to me through a lady friend of his. In the beginning I didn't want to meet him but then I attended him, he told me the following: that he was home that night, he had some kind of discussion with is wife in Columbia, he's an illegal in Aruba. He jumped into his car and went to a place on the beach way to the north of the Marriot, past the lighthouse and there he parked behind some bushes, he fell asleep and was awoken awhile later by a woman's screams no no, and the "F" word twice...suddenly the voice stopped, he got out of the car and saw a young man over the body of a woman. He was busy opening the trunk, taking something out, wrapped the body then he stripped to his jockey took the body and waded out into the ocean, dragging the body out quite some distance, he let go and swam back. He put on his clothes again, got into the car and drove off

There were two people there, the woman he claims to be Natalee. What did he describe as the male
Jossy:
He describe to me as tall, white, light hair and afterwards he told me it was Joran, he recognized it was Joran from the videotape form the television and newspaper. He didn't recognize him the same night but the days following he did

And did he get a description of the vehicle?
Jossy
No he claimed it was a dark vehicle, he did not know the time, he wasn't wearing a watch. His story seemed to fit into the pattern of this case

You talked to a lot of ppl, do you believe him and what's the evidence that he's got?
Jossy
Two pieces of evidence, but he didn't tell me at The Diario. He told me the next day, he took me to the exact spot. ... When they drove awhile later, he found a condom, put it away in (and?) a piece of cloth that seemed to belong to Natalee ...
Kim
It was turned over to the prosecutor, does she believe him?
Jossy:
I think she believes him to a certain extent. The police picked him up, brought him in two months ago and have had him since, I don't know if it's protective custody. If it was deportation he would have gone immediately.
Kim:
Joining me is Dave Holloway and Beth in Birmingham. Beth I'm starting with you, is this the break you need do you think?
Beth:
We've had to sit on this for 2 months, why are they still holding him? For protection or fear he will flea. We want some answers from Karen Janssen ...
Kim
Do you believe this story, you knew about it for quite some time
Beth
We've known about it for two months, it's hard for me to step over the line to decide whether to believe it or not. We have never been able to interview him. The Prosecutor seems inclined to believe he's telling the truth

Art Wood met with the individual, what did he tell you?
Dave:
Art did not believe the individual, the fact that he didn't speak english, Art had some reservations as far as his credibility. He came forward claiming the reward for information about Natalee. Maybe he's seeking the reward ..
Kim
Somebody could have accurrate information, the reward is to encourage people to come forward ..
Beth
We're more than happy to turn it over, to me I just wonder why they are they still detaining this witness. They're bound to come to a conclusion ..
Kim
It bothers me that this has been going on for so long, this guy is in custody as a witness,
Beth:
I'd be inclined to believe it will come to something, that he is credible, he has information. I don't know why they'd detain so long if he was going to bring no bearing, in the past they've gone before the Judge and Prosecutor to give statements. We don't know where it's going

There's physical evidence, cloth and or DNA evidence?
Dave:
Two pieces, there was a pipe .., or a piece of metal to weigh her down, the police recovered that, they're doing forensic evidence on that. The condom I don't know if it's even been turned in.

So whose dark vehicle was it supposed to be? This sounds like a LOAD to me.
Thanks Heli for allowing to continue watching my movie and not subjecting myself to this crap.

I noticed Jossy didn't mention the weights tonight, as he did in his previous interview, but threw in a new piece of evidence -- a piece of clothing that looked like Natalee's blouse.
So the only evidence Dave knows about is a pipe?

This does not even qualify as good fiction anymore. It's like Jossy, HMI, and Fox have just quit trying. Their previous concoctions were far more interesting.

i wonder if it was mcwane pipe. remember a dead body would not float. so it really was dragging. and once dragged would it not stay right where he left it on the bottom until it floated a couple days later? meanwhile, would a vacationer or boater not trip over it? why would natalee's clothes be ripped. they guy can't describe his own car? sorry jossy. this one will not fly. what are you some sort of glory hog?

I've had it with this slandering and libeling of Joran by Jossy Mansur, enabled by Fox!! I'm furious!! Did you notice how Fox was airing video of Joran while Jossy was weaving his tale, before he even mentioned Joran's name?!

Wasn't there some mention that the bitch had bought a top similar to NH's for the Dutch show? I wonder just how many similar tops she sent to Aruba?

I smell a setup here. How convenient that there was piece of Natalee's clothing still on the beach. How easy would it be for Jossy to get a piece of Nat's clothing from Beth?
Where did the pipe come from? Was it supposedly in this persons car?
He just conviently happened to have a pipe big enough to weigh down a body. And the pipe washed back up to shore but Natalee didn't?

A theory re Carlos - detained - mixed up stories
I think that jossy and art wood have a totally screwed up version of what happened.
In fact, im wondering if what happened is this.
Mr Carlos did see something and told Art Wood, and art mr stupidest p.i in the world, considering the guy didnt even speak english well, took half of what he said (like the word condom - as in he saw one but didnt know if it was from what he saw) and made it up into jossy's ridiculous story.
In actuality, according to Glenda, mr carlos is not being detained as a witness. Did you notice last night JQK didnt say KJ told him this? just that he was being detained as a witness. He admitted to participation in disposal of the body.
He is an illegal immigrant so they are holding for both the suspicion of participation in disposal, and to be sure he doesnt leave the country. He did point out where and pipe that he described was discovered in that area.
Thats what is at NFI.
ALE is not talking about it, because they know there may evidence against a 3rd party and are trying to get the info.
Jossy/beth etc are sure its to do with Joran because they want to. HELLO JOSSY???? JORAN HAS DARK HAIR NOT LIGHT. (he tripped up there)
I dont think Dave believes in it because he has only heard art and jossy's frozen condom story and realizes its ridiculous.
So bottom line theory, this carlos is not being held just as a witness, jossy has no clue what he told ALE when questioned, and is dumb enough to think its the frozen condom sent to a brother in venezuela story.
Carlos did see something, and that is why he is still held. It has nothing to do with joran, so therefore its being played close to the vest to not alert the person they think it might be or go public until tests come back and they get further info.
If we ignore jossy, and just look at the fact that carlos, a columbian illegaly in the country has been detained for weeks, and evidence been sent to the NFI after he told his story of seeing a rape/murder, it makes a lot more sense. It was in April the "gag" came down too.

1. Beth knows something and wants to milk the Joran angle for all it is worth. I don't think she could contain herself if she knew of evidence implicating Joran.
2. Beth doesn't know anything she and wants to find out what is up.
3. Dave says Art says the witness isn't credible, whoever it is mainly because he doesn't speak english. Only english speaking people can "witness" something that involves a person who speaks english?? WTF? Art also suppose to be on Pretzer tomorrow night.
4. Jossy still doesn't provide any specifics about the "witness". Is it the gardener guy? Sounds like the same story basically.
5. What fabric? The condom is back. What happened to JQK's weights story?
6. Greta opted for JQK's "no Joran mentioned story" and told Beth to shop her version to Kimberly because she'll swallow anything.
7. Neither Beth, nor Dave turned it into an infomercial. Unusual.
8. Beth squealed just a little at the thought of parting with $250,000...but Dave put her on the spot (I think).
9. Kimberly yukking it up as the caption states possible witness to Natalee's rape and murder.
10. Another night that I know nothing more than I did this time last year.

I just realized why Jossy suddenly came up with the fabric that looks like Natalee's clothing story. The idjits at SM, specially Easywriter, have been bombarding him with emails and the monkeys were recently flogging the story about the blue fishing net again. They were rehashing their old blown-up photos of the searcher finding the net that they are sure was a piece of Natalee's blouse.
So I guess ole Jossy was entertaining his grateful monkey audience.

I like your theory victims cry, the only thing is, what in the hell is taking NFI so long? I know this is not the Netherlands only case, or it's most vital, or possibly not that important at all, but it still seems as though some type of preliminary tests would have been completed by now., enough to at least file charges or release that a suspect has been detained, or is he a witness until the tests are finished? 2 months seems like a lot of waitingand whats up with Guido and the quadracer?
I don't mean to really ask you specifically, victims cry, I'm just talking out loud. I hope you understand...I have no one around right now who speaks "Holloway"

I found two things of interest:
(1) If it was that dark, how could this guy see what color hair these supposedly people had. (Note to self - don't stand under those pesky lights along the beach that Aruba had installed so the goats don't get lost. LOL)
(2) Beth had a nice tan, and appeared to have put on some weight. Scamming others apparently is doing wonders for her.

Interesting that this witness saw a tall, light haired white boy ~ saw him open the trunk, take something out, watched this person strip down, swim out, come back, get dressed again, but couldn't make out the car!! And ~ while this person was swimming out quite a distance, dragging a body ~ this witness never took that opportunity to get nearer the car and check it out! Same old Jossy Mansur bullshit!

I couldn't decide if she had gained weight or if her face was swollen...somehow it looked more like swelling to me than weight gain. |
It looked like edema to me; what caused that I can only speculate.
Medication maybe ....
