The wonderful world of HOT flashes!!!
Ok, now I am going through the COL. My Doc put me on Zoloft for mood swings. THAT stuff is great! Keeps my moods on an even keel.
NOW, how about the hot flashes -- how to make them NOT so "sweaty"? Is there a natural med to take for it.
I've read articles on the change, but, haven't seen anywhere on HOW long the change lasts.
Anyone?

My sympathies, Dallas! I finally got finished with that. It seemed to last forever, but it seems to be different for everyone. I have some books on natural health remedies and I'll look through them,
but I never found much relief anywhere.
What I hated the most was people coming up to me and saying 'your face is bright red, are you okay?' 2nd place was getting up in the middle of the night to take a shower and change sweaty sheets.
I thought there were too many dangers involved in hormonal therapy, so I just sweated it out (pun intended).

I think some of them do, only it's mental. It's when they buy a bright red pickup or a new motorcycle and cheat on their wives (I only said some)
