problems getting to this site
is anyone else having problem to get to site here. in middle of chat it just loged off and until today 1130 am i could not get any connection to refugees. nothing worked. are we gonna lose site again?

I have been having wierd problems too. I have problems when I type...thus more typos than ussual. And when I click between things a huge grey page comes up first and finally I get to the RU page I want.

i think i fixed it . i went into start -then run -then msconfig.exe and changed start up --somehowit got set on selsective startup when i tried to remove my webshots at start up too many things running on start up i guess. everyone was having problems in chat last night i think

I haven't heard anyone else say they were having problems. I got in late last night and checked on the site and it was working fine for me. Occasionally these things happen, and it doesn't necessarily mean anything significant is happening.

could someone explain why anarinda would say that? I am not using the same services or computer that I used on FOB.

LTF...one thing about our chat room is that there are a number of backgrounds you can choose from for your chat window and a number of colors for your text...but not everyone's chosen text color, will go with everyone's chosen background.  However, there is an area where you can chose to have one text color for all incoming messages. It's in the text tab. You can check a box to have all text colors come to the one that you have chosen that goes best with your background. I think that's the best way to go to be sure you can read everyone.

SHOWS HOW LITTLE I KNOW - i thought we all had blue backgrounds -lol-- then when someone typed we all told them change out of blue text-- it was so funny other night as we all must have had blue background and then someone choose blue text and was so frustrated we could not read them--we were easily amused as we tried to read the invisible blue - we found out if you highlight it it shows up. anyways it was a good group on chat and we try to meet everynight even for a little bit . thanks all for being a place we can have some laughs and learn new info on cases. we need to appreciate all that we can share with each other thru a mesage board as this one. when we cant get in site most of us panic-lol. we are addicted!
