You did- the clock was blinking. (like it had been unplugged) |
Oh i didn`t see that, lol maybe jug forgot to pay the bill and it was cut of and they forgot to set the clock again..... |
Since this is such a fascination for some, I'm adding my two cents worth on blinking digital clocks. My clocks are often blinking because the electricity surges off and on frequently in my area. I have totally given up with the clock on my microwave, it never has the correct time. The only clocks that are accurate im my home are those that run on batteries or our automatically updated through cable sources. I was recently late for work because my digital clock at my bedside blinked on and off through the night during a storm, the battery back up doesn't work anymore.

I have made some lists;
This is Beth's inventory list of Natalee's belongings found at her HI room (2 items missing on this list, since not possible to read):
2 pair shoes
2 pair blue jeans
6 pair gym shorts
3 pair sweat pants
11 tee shirts
4 bras
6 swim suits
1 entire make up bag
1 hair dryer
1 curling iron
14 pair of panties
9 diff tops
Things that we know Natalee took with her, some allegedly found in her room (some not) but which are not listed:
-cell-phone
-cell-phone charger
-digital camera
-disposable camera
-purse
-green beach-towel (which acc. to re-enactment she took out of her suitcase immediately upon arrival, spreaded it on her bed, and went to lay down on it, possibly imagining how she would be lying down on the beach the next day)
-blue medium-size suitcase (on wheels)
-flipflops (she was wearing sandals when disappeared)
-medication
-medical insurance card
-pink pluche rabbit
-wallet
-passport
-tickets
-travel insurance papers
-souvenirs?
Things I think Natalee might have had in her luggage, yet not listen nor mentioned to be found in her room:
-watch
-ipod/discman
-mirror
-home-keys
-cap
-adress/note book
-hair brush
-sun-glasses
-sun-glasses holder
-sun-hat
-sneakers (with the 3 sweat pants)
-socks
-beach-bag
-hair accessoires
-jewelry (necklace, bracelet, earrings)
-land-guide (book)
-accesoires bag (for medication, hair accesoires, jewelry, eartips etc.)
-perfume
-sunscreen lotion
-aftersun lotion
-shampoo
-hair-conditioner
-hair gel/fixing
-water-glasses/snorkel (beautiful fish in Aruba)
-flippers (vins?)
-body-milk
-douche gel
-deo-roller
-tooth paste
-dental flos
-plastic slippers
-tylenol
A list of clothing that I would have guessed Natalee had taken with her (instead of the 3 sweat pants, 11 t shirts etc.):
-summer dresses
-skirts- long and short
-blouses
-halter-tops
-bikini's
-beach-sarongs
-beach-dress
-summer coat
-pullover (sweat-shirt/vest)
-slippers (flipflops)
-high heels (for dinner?)
To picture everything listed, or not listed yet mentioned, or not listed neither mentioned yet possibly in her luggage, a pic of Natalee's travel-bag made by WordsofWisdom:

I don't think its a fascination as much as it is taking a closer look while we are waiting for :
1. The Judge.
2. MF

Is there a possibility that Beth's list was written on the front and back of the paper? We may have only seen one side of it.

The girl in the background resembles Natalee to my eye.
The guy resembles Ed Kissel, with a clean shave

Beth stated what it was a list of, and it was an inventory of Natalee's bag. The one that Natalee left behind- in Aruba.
But I don't think for a second that all of those items were/are in THAT bag! It would be bulging- at a minimum. |
OK, thanks.

The back of the list (piece of paper) was not written upon.

Can you make a cap of the list's last two items (they are very hard to read)
If possible, can you make a cap of the complete May month of the calendar? (it seemed the money-check pick up on May 31 was written in a completely different handwriting as the other things, maybe it is also possible to see the things written above (which have a X over them) to compare the handwriting or maybe something that could be of interest.
Thanks in advance if you are willing (and if possible).

Lazlo,
IMOO, last two items of list (on page two of this) looks like ____ tops and dress(es?)
ETA: the above screen shot is even better than one on page 2. Maybe only THE journal knows?
Great thread. Thanks for starting it. Sort of o/t, but is it a common practice to wrap your calendar pages in plastic?

Or 5 dress__ skirts.
It looks like it could either be dress, dresses, or dressy.

Make sure the spot is very clean and dry, before you try to stick stuff to your fridge. There's condensate and oily accumulation you can't see or feel.
Use newspapers instead of cloth to wipe windex from surfaces and leave no oily residue. Works especially well on windows and porceline. They sparkle like crazy with no streaks.
