How do you know she didn't have money to "blow"? How do you know that she needed money to go and wasn't invited by someone on the crew? Natalee possibly was identified spending time with some unknown Aruban guy, lunch prehaps. You don't have to be the biggest homegrown lover of a entertainer to want to attend a blow out concert like this at a beach on a beautiful island on your vacation. It was the happening thing to do, and Natalee looked pretty bored and disinterested in the Casino scene while checking the time and talking on the cell phone, ect, blah, blah, but you "broken record" want tp go on and on about what a Brookie is, what a Brookie isn't, and your neighbor's black, and you have two black people in your whole graduating class, if even, and nobody is a racist..........ect, blah, blah, Perhaps your not Marie, but Sarah, perhaps there a few clones like you all about from MB. What is your point? Natalee didn't go to the SBF because of why? Because you know teens from MB and what music they like.........Ruth said she went, that is far possibly accurate than what point your trying to impress upon us!

All due respect to ScubaJ but there is really no reason that I can think of how she can be certian. There were thousands of people there and I don't see how she would be privy to this information. It is still, imo, a well kept "secret" and it is going to remain so unless someone in MB ponys up with more. No one has touched the subject and the only one that mentioned it in no uncertain terms is not talking. Big Ben says Ruth is a leader, and Natalee is a follower, in his opinion. And, Fiery, if you don't know by now why this is a taboo subject for MB to verify, than I give up trying to make it any clearer.

I don't remember the whole RWV thing, but recently on FOB SJ's only reason was the timestamps on the casino pictures! The whole premise is that Natalee wouldn't go so late to the concert is bullshit. The concert was 5-6 miles from the HI area the way I understand it, a short taxi or boat ride away. The way people talk you would think the concert was like going to Madison Square Gardern from Montauk, LI!

HOLLYWOOD (FBW)–"When 18-year-old Natalee Holloway disappeared from a high school senior trip in Aruba May 31, telephone calls quickly circulated among her extended family alerting them to pray for her. Natalee’s stepmother, Robin Holloway, immediately called her brother, Steve Parten, associate pastor of family ministries at Sheridan Hills Baptist Church in Hollywood.
From Natalee’s hometown of Birmingham, Ala., to the Holloway’s in Meridian, Miss., to the Parten’s congregation in Hollywood, churches began praying for the lost teenager. Sheridan Hills’ prayer ministry, Watchmen on the Wall, long active in praying for protection for church members and their families, started round-the-clock intercession for Natalee and those searching for her.
Parten told Florida Baptist Witness he notified the Watchmen on the Wall before noon on Memorial Day, as soon as his sister had called to say Natalee had missed her return flight to the United States. Robin Holloway called again two hours later to report that the counselor who stayed behind to look for Natalee could not find her, although her belongings were packed and ready to go home.
Holloway called Parten again the same day to say that Natalee had made a later reservation and they were relieved that she was on the way home. Their hopes, however, were dashed when they learned that Natalee had not made the reservation, but the counselor had made the reservation for her, believing she would show up."
