i think it might be time for joran himself to
clear the air if anybody will have him. maybe with his attorney of the moment? how about larry king? he would wet noodle him to death! he needs to come clean on thailand too. i think they were watching him and putting little temptations and roadblocks in his way the whole time and will continue to leak this stuff.

Certain magazines and newspapers will twist comments in an interview to make it more "exciting" to read, therefore increase sales. Personally I would not believe anything Patrick says. He is so-o-o anxious to make it into bigtime -- Oprah, Larry King, etc, and he sees Joran as his ticket. His track record tells a lot about his character.

Patrick is a proven liar. Have you heard how many different stories he has told how and why he got that scar in his face? It's difficult to take anything he says seriously.
Until allegations like this come from an official source as a fact I will ignore them. Don't you think it's strange we only hear this now, more than three years later?

This information about Joran has come up before, from time to time, but this is the first time I have ever seen a member of ALE given as the source, Adolpho Richardson. If it is not true, I would think ALE would issue a statement since it has been in headlines in the press in NL.
It may be relevant or it may not, depending on whether or not it had a bearing on Joran's alleged selection of disposal-mate and other assistance in preventing this case from going forward.

Who do you think is doing this to Joran and why would they do it?
Are we not all ultimately responsible for our own actions? Is Joran an exception in some way? He is twenty years old now so I would think fully accountable for his own behavior.

Great point, Mallory. Citing ALE as source seems like it would make them more likely to issue a response. Let's see if they deny it.

I was under the impression that ALL sex workers had to be registered and over 18 years of age. Note Patrick does specify this was at the age of 17 that Joran was doing this.
Also recall the excuse Paulus gave for not telling all he knew was that many people would be hurt. I have always thought that was a threat of some sort. Perhaps it is related to Joran's activities as a male prostitute that he made that statement.
Prostitution is one of the most common forms of obtaining information to be used as blackmail, extortion, etc. See recent D.C. madam and long line of just such happening.
