CNN Larry King . Body is of a female with fair or red hair. What color was Stacy's hair? How does DrewPee or his attorney know its NOT Stacy. Do they know where Stacy is????

If I heard right, that batty atty said the police told Stacy's family that it wasn't Stacy. Nancy said how he was so sure it wasn't her, and he said because she ran away. I think that atty is as crazy as Drew.

Yes when I heard them say the haircolor, I also thought her color is like that....
And they said it is a woman, so the odds are big IMO....but who knows..

Frozen remains found in Southwest Side lot

Police Friday evening were scouring a vacant lot on the
Southwest Side after a contract worker found human
remains frozen into the ground.
A worker conducting soil samples found the skeletal remains
about 1:15 p.m. in a lot in the 3400 block of South Kedzie
Avenue, just south of the Chicago Sanitary and Ship Canal,
police said. The body was possibly that of a child, but the
remains were badly decomposed and no determination had
been made on the sex or identity of the victim.
Wentworth Area detectives and investigators with the Cook
County medical examiner's office were investigating Friday,
a medical examiner's office spokesman said. An autopsy was
scheduled for Saturday morning.

I just looked on the map and Bolingbrook is a hop,skip and jump to where this canal is..
Is this the same canal they searched earlier??

Joliet and Lockport Fire Department dive teams work to locate, mark and remove cars from the Chicago Sanitary and Ship Canal in Lockport on Dec. 5. Divers searched the canal for the state police for the ongoing investigation into the disappearance of Stacy Peterson, of Bolingbrook.

(CBS/AP) Illinois State Police told searchers looking for a former police officer's missing wife to look for a blue plastic barrel large enough to fit the petite woman's body, one of the searchers said.
One neighbor says he helped Peterson haul a large barrel that was warm to the touch in the Petersons' SUV, reports CBS' The Early Show.
Police also told members of Texas EquuSearch, which assisted law enforcement, family and friends in the search for Stacy Peterson, to focus on areas of water in their search for the barrel, Tim Miller, founder and director of the private group, said Tuesday.
"They actually even gave me a picture of what we might be looking for," Miller told The Associated Press. "It was certainly large enough to put her body in, she only weighed about a hundred pounds."
Illinois State Police did not immediately return repeated messages from The Associated Press Tuesday evening.

There was a body in the water, someone said, a woman or a girl.
The temperature hovered near zero late Saturday afternoon, and the sky above Lake Michigan was that sharp, deep blue that occurs only when the air is so cold it can make you gasp. I'd gone out walking anyway, over to the lakefront, expecting it to be empty. It was.
It was, except for an ambulance, a phalanx of police cars, the Fire Department scuba team and several TV cameramen wondering if this might be one of Chicago's famously missing women.
The recovery took a while. The lakefront recedes from the road there at Fullerton Parkway and Lake Shore Drive, and a wide lawn, brown in winter, stretches to a treacherous flight of boulders that descend to the water's edge.
Rescue workers in puffy orange suits were negotiating the slippery rocks. Some stood in the water surrounded by sheets of ice. The work was tricky but finally it was done, and the ambulance drove off about the time the Chicago skyline blinked into light.
The next day, the incident was the briefest of news briefs. People die in Chicago all the time, die inexplicably, unexpectedly, sometimes at their own hand or someone else's, and even then it's not always big news.
