Unless it is a different shirt? I keep thinking it is strange that they keep calling it a t shirt.
I b et he'd been working in some way for his dad for several years, even if not formally on the payroll, so he may very well likely had a company uniform at some point. I mean, it's the family business. | I've thought about that too katya. I remember reading that the father was questioned about the shirt when they found it. He explained the reason for the blood on it and it has nothing to do with the NH case. I wonder what the explaination was?

My public highschool class wasn't much larger than 300 people and I didn't know everyone that was in my class! Truthfully I didn't probably know more than 50 of them! That thought is starting to sound depressing! |
I actually thought that was somewhat funny not depressing and different.
I called my daughter and asked her class size she said 970 and per cent she knew at least by name and face was about 75 to 80 per cent. Some of those kids even came from 3 different nearby town.
I guess I do live in a totally social area compared to some.

Cute and Sassy[/b] | I don't doubt for a minute that GVC and Joran crossed paths on a couple of occasions. They probably attended some of the same parties, Joran may have participated in a water sport where GVC worked or maybe brushed shoulders at Carlos and Charlies a time or two, but that doesn't mean they knew each other. I think of all the times my boys came home from a party or outing and said "yeah, it was cool. I didn't know half the people there, but it was fun".

I think the shirt is a red herring, except that bethco are saying that too and I have become so suspicious, I think I am blinded.

You disagree with what? That's ridiculous, most "kids" have a subgroup of people they "party" or hang with and pay little or no attention at all to ALL the others in the school! Now those involved with sports may know the "players" in their school and surrounding HS that they play against, but that is still a smaller "subgroup" than knowing that MANY kids! Most people aren't that interested in the "general" population of any larger group unless something brings particular attention to them! |
Isanah,
Not disagreeing mind you;
JMO I believe 100 or so teenage girl students vacationing together would probably bring attention to most teenage boys in any sub-group.
There are a handful of places for this age group to party.
If someone can prove by witness or photos that anyone was at C&C
it only proves that they were at C&C and nothing else.

I'm not sure I understand. Someone should not be implicated in Natalee's disappearance because they were seen in a photo at C&C's?

Exactly what I meant .
Aruba is small.
Whether the new 19yr old person in question was at C&C when the other students were there doesn't mean much.

I respect your opinion but maybe your area is much different than where I live or grew up. Actually those 2 are about 600 miles apart.
My daughter attended the public HS but went to the Catholic HS Prom so how does that fit your statement of not knowing kids from other schools?
I grew up and knew kids from all the different JR High's and HS's. You live in a different place than I do. Kids met at parties, churches, sports events, work etc.

I come from an island the size of Aruba, but it only has 20.000 people.
Don't even begin to think I knew all the kids on the island. There were 3-4 HS, the one I was attending had 200 students. I used to know by face and name the ones in my year group and most of the older ones, but only some of the younger ones. As far as different HSs is concerned, yes I did know some students from the other HS, but only because they came from my village or because I met them through some other activity like soccer or church or barroom brawls.
Apart from all that, I even doubt either GvC or Joran even had time to socialize with islanders, considering the amount of hot American chicks turning up in either their testimony (Joran) or pictures (GvC), you ever think of that ?

Oh, I agree, a lot more would have to be known about any relationship MB teens had with Gee before any true conclusions can be made! It would also take more information than Gee and Joran being in C&C's the same night, before I would ever believe that Joran bought any drugs from Gee! Let's hope that some true facts emerge so no one else gets dragged through the mud!

I agree.
If you read jenna's thread re:C&C, she says it is really the only happening place for the non-geriatric crowd.
I would assume that all the local teens hoping to hook- up would be there.
I expect they will soon have many photos with both JVS & GVS in them.
Doesn't mean they were friends or even really knew each other, but I expect to see the pictures at some point.

yes! It is the most popular spot for this age group.
New here and have a question....
Why do many of the posters write the name:
"GEE"
What is this to mean?

That is what the MB'ers called him during their stay. (GVC, that is.)

I never heard anyone call GVC (new person in question) by the name GEE.
I am not sure how he would get the name GEE or who put it together that they are the same.

I guess what I am trying to ask it this.
WHO where did this something about GEE get started ?
Did the MB kids see the photo on the news and say O that is GEE??
GEE is a person of interest? We met him???
We saw him doing what?
And what was said about GEE?
By Whom?
I don;t get the GEE thing.
Again, I never heard anyone call him (new person of interest) by the name GEE?
